  • Drive development and execution of Fuel & Sensing Systems (F&SS) product line strategy to achieve overall strategic plan
  • Work with cross functional IPT to ensure technology roadmap aligns with product line strategy and voice of customer
  • Represent UTAS/Sensors & Integrated Systems as a primary point of contact for Fuel and Sensing Systems product line
  • Accountable for developing new business proposals that support overall business win strategies
  • Prepares and validates proposals for F&SS products
  • Drive and validatetechnology roadmap alignment to voice of customer
  • Ensure demand alignment with Sales and Operations Planning team
  • Develop and leverage relationships with global customer management team and central business development team to identify, pursue and capture new business
  • Maintain direct and open relationships with OEM customers to ensure relevancy and alignment with customer and industry trends
  • Drive internal understanding and accountability to proposal development process to ensure adherence to business requirements and customer needs
  • Expert in customer relationship management
  • IT proficiency enabling keen understanding of working financial models and business case projections (ROI, margins, EBIT, revenue, etc)


  • 5 or more years in business development, customer management, technical sales, or have adequate product knowledge and skill set
  • Aerospace/Defense industry experience is highly preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude is preferred to develop strong understanding of F&SS products and systems
  • Ability to work with diverse colleagues and customers
  • Solid understanding of common office technology, including Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of managing projects and maintaining positive long-term business relationships
  • Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with a high degree of autonomy
  • Domestic and international travel is approximately 25%, but could be higher if required to achieve emergent business objectives and deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.


  • BA/BS degreerequired w/5+ years experience
