POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Business Consultant will be accountable for building and maintaining the models and plans to deploy a continuous improvement business system in across the business; analyzing the business models and data to provide deep insights informing a deployment strategy; and consulting with our business partners to establish a readiness plan and roadmap, positioning our deployment teams for success.

Fundamental Components:
Maintain centralized data sets to regularly update and maintain roadmap model
Maintain and build other models as required, gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders
Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes business intelligence data to inform the deployment approach and schedule
Consult with business partners to build and effective schedule for deployment, based upon these models and analysis
Identify and enable a readiness plan with our business partners to position the deployment teams and the business for success
Engage all necessary stakeholders to ensure readiness and support of the roadmap and deployment plan
Work closely with the business, key stakeholders and deployment teams to maintain and execute the roadmap
Prepare and present detailed roadmap analysis and plans to senior teams
Actively utilize and demonstrate lead business system, tools and behaviors

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
7+ years experience with several of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analyses.
Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity
Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations
Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience
Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to provide skilled data analysis and modeling , and developing deep insights from that analysis.
Experience with data analytics and excel modeling (e.g. comfort with large data sets and formulas (e.g. vlookup, index/match, etc.)
Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to assemble executive-ready decks
Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce timely results
Strong communication stills and ability to lead team discussions with documented outcomes.


EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Project Management/Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired
Project Management/Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt is desired
Project Management/Six Sigma Certification: Black Belt is desired
