The primary purpose and function of the Sr Business Analyst - Supply Chain is to gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement the solution in production.
Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with and work alongside other IT and business areas to ensure a properly configured and maintained ERP system
- Make recommendations for improving systems and processes
- Prepares technical reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends
- Continuous focus on learning the business and leveraging that knowledge to drive better implementation of current and future projects
- Interact regularly with existing or potential stakeholders and users to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. Advocate on behalf of stakeholder’s and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management
- Achieve objectives by working cross-functionally and collaboratively. Contribute information and recommendations to inform strategic plans
- Actively seek out and develop solutions to challenges that prevent Vetsource from achieving our potential
- Documentation of current business processes

Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working in high volume distribution warehouses
- Strong background in procurement and demand planning
- Exhibit a willingness to consistently take on new challenges
- Proven ability to follow through
- Must be able to make sound judgement decisions and know when to ask their manager for assistance
- Assist with process improvement projects
- Uses advanced techniques, theories, and processes to complete work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear, calm, and concise manner
- Demonstrate sound de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent writing skills with great attention to detail

- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Strong background in ERP systems required, Oracle Cloud preferred
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent job related experience
