Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation
expertise to our Dev/QA teams
• Monitor all business/functional requirements for automation test plan and the decision what
to automate
• Analyze and estimate the automation development efforts
• Implement and maintain automated test cases to fulfill the requirements of continuous
testing Infrastructure
• Generate automation metrics, such as a percentage of the regression coverage and Pass
Rate for each iteration
• Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing
automation
• Ensure that all automated tests are executed with stability and provide regular feedback/test
results to the supervisors on the status of quality and coverage
• Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing
and implementing innovative solutions to solve them
• Mentor and train QA team members on automation
• Carry out other related tasks and projects

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 6+ year’s hands-on experience in Software Testing
• 2+ year’s hands-on experience in developing automation frameworks/scripting
• Strong knowledge of automation tools, such as Selenium Web Driver, VisualStudio Quality
Tool
• Strong knowledge of API testing and familiar with JSON/XML format parsing
• Proficient with one of the programming/scripting languages, such as C#, Java
• Familiar with one of the database and SQL, such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL,
DocumentDB
• 2+ years of experience with QA and testing using Agile methodology
• Self-starter and a strong team player
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive when dealing with issues and challenges
• Experience with Azure and Amazon AWS would be an asset
