As a Sr. Application Engineer in Omaha, NE, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!

This purpose of this Sr. Application Engineer is:

Analyzes, designs, develops, debugs, and modifies software enhancements in Oracle Fusion Financial Applications (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, Projects, Time & Labor, Tax, Procurement). Has good understanding/experience with Fusion HR module(s). Business Customer facing role working directly with Business Partners to analyze and improve business processes using the application, debug application issues, assist with the develop of requirements/functional specifications for new, enhanced functionality and reports. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Technical abilities to include: Experience in SQL and report writing with BI Publisher and/or OTBI.

A Typical day at ACI for a Sr. Application Engineer is:

• Participates in the design, development, testing of high-quality software/solutions.
• Assists with direct estimates, such as time, percentage of project completion, etc. to lead and/or manage.
• Creates and reviews product/project deliverables according to the life cycle methodologies (i.e., impact assessments, external & internal specifications, manuals, education material, etc.).
• Creates and reviews unit, integration, system, and/or QA test plans/scripts, executes tests, and analyzes the results.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or business-related field or equivalent experience in Oracle EBS or Cloud ERP support and maintenance.
• At least 5 years related experience.

You are a solid fit for this position if you also have:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, Projects, Time & Labor, Tax, Procurement) especially with strong knowledge in FA, Expenses and Time & Labor modules.
• Experience in SQL and report writing with BI Publisher and/or OTBI.
• Experience with Business Customer facing activities such as issue analysis, requirements gathering and functional specification development.
