Job Description Summary

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) FTE isresponsible for supporting a company initiative to drive our customers to the latest and greatest products while also reducing ourinternal costs to support outdated hardware andsoftware.

Job Description


  • Tactical Execution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Service Price Increase (SPI) Program
  • PLM/SPI Reporting (SAP/CRM, QlikView)
  • Asset/Contract research
  • Sales Communication/Training on PLM/SPI Program scope and strategy (Q&A’s; SAMU Communication; Customer List; Timeline/Deliverables; Web/In person Training;
  • Customer Communications (Coordinate with Ikon to print, stuff, mail customer communications ensuring adherence to published PLM timeline)
  • Oversee Customer Exception Request Approval Process
  • Contracts Communication/Training (Timely communication of EONS, EOL, EOCS, and EOS dates for new products)
  • Manage PLM/SPI GMB (Sales Q&A and Customer Account Research)
  • Manage PLM/SPI SharePoint (Internal Communications, Q&A, Cycle Timeline, Archive of Customer Letters sent, etc.)
  • Update/Manage PLM Matrix and Roadmap
  • Update SW/HW Risk Matrices
  • PLM Governance including project management of 280 Group Engagement, GPDS integration, and company roll-out
  • Manufacturing Operations Support


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years’ work experience in related field
  • Operational/Product Management Experience
  • Industry experience (Medical device, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SAP/CRM, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
