General Description We’re searching for a Sr Analyst Performance and Budget to join the Demand Generation Business Organization group at Samsung Electronics America. This position will be based in Ridgefield Park, NJ. The Mobile Demand Generation leadership team is hiring for the Strategy and Planning team! Critical KPIs include enhancing customer segmentation & targeting; driving sales for product launch; improving customer acquisition, upgrade and retention across all channels with precision marketing (CDM); improving marketing efficiency and helping us enhance our world class team.
•Develop meaningful metrics that communicate performance results tied to strategic and financial objectives •Provide quality analysis and reporting to assigned accounts, providing rationale to increase ROI •Present reports and findings to key client stakeholders •Be aware of other analytics solutions that may be able to educate and speak to the value of •Provide the rationale for product renewals, consulting how clients should use data to inform on their goals and identifying upsell opportunities •Coordinates progression of new and existing content and services through the content and services roadmap planning, and communicates status via weekly reports and management checkpoint reviews as needed •Analyze the marketing channels, business, & data to help drive intelligent data driven decisions that increase overall efficiency and profit for the company. •Supports content and services operations to deploy across SEA product portfolio, identify potential risks and work with leadership on mitigation plans •Supports content and services launch planning with carrier teams, carriers and retailers to ensure best launch experience. •Proactively work with internal stakeholders to improve existing process for developing, testing and launching Samsung content and services across SEA products portfolio. •Serves as subject matter expert and delivers insights as it pertains to content & services development for mobile, consumer electronics, wearables, and other innovative technologies.
•High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of directly related experience or Bachelor's Degree with 5-8years of experience or Master's degree/MBA with 4-7 years of experience is required •Marketing analytics experiencerequired •Knowledge of ecommerce digital marketing measurement, techniques, & tools. •Experience analyzing campaign performance •Experience with web technologies •Highly organized/detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities •Experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. •A passion for technology
