The Senior Analyst FP&A will be a key pillar of the Finance function for the Nestlé Nutrition Business. The role will provide business insights to the leadership team and headquarters office and support a fact-based decision-making process based on the current business environment, ad hoc, variance, and trend analyses, risk and opportunity evaluations, and financial models. This role must effectively collaborate and communicate across all functions throughout the organization to promote alignment and drive results that improve business profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

Dynamic Forecasts
• Responsible for forecast reporting, including leadership materials and Corporate/Zone Submissions.
• Support the monthly DF process. Ensure key inputs are received and analyzed, timelines are communicated and adhered to, and proper direction is provided to the relevant business partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication before, during, and after the process while monitoring necessary execution and follow-ups.

Reporting and Analysis
• Coordinate the preparation of leadership presentations (e.g. business performance updates to senior management and headquarters)
• Coordinate monthly reporting and analysis
• Lead the development and implementation of standardized reporting, self-serve reporting, and business models that incorporate business intelligence and data visualization tools to support business needs and decision-making
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and work on various special projects

Process Improvement:
• Proactively identify ways to simplify, automate, and improve processes, including developing/enhancing reporting capabilities/analytics and Ad-hoc reporting. Generate new ideas, processes, and reports to meet business needs and perform ad hoc special projects and analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and Finance Leadership to design and present information used to make better, faster business decisions.
• Work closely with business and functional co-pilots to drive automation and ensure reporting/ forecasting tools are leveraged to increase efficiencies

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred; MBA degree or CPA a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of well-rounded relevant Finance experience.
  • CPG Experience highly desirable
  • Strong system skills. Strong background in SAP, MS Excel proficiency, experience with Oracle, Analysis for Office, Essbase/SmartView a must
  • Experience developing interactive models for reporting and data visualizations with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
  • Experience driving efficiencies, process improvements and automation
  • Solid working knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet Structure
  • Thorough understanding of internal controls and standard accounting principles.
  • Team player with ability to work with cross functional teams and effectively collaborate across all levels and functions within an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous tasks and deliver on time with first time quality
