SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Become a key team player and make a difference by working on the K-C Rite Aid team managing our Personal Care Business as a Sr. Customer Business Partner. The incumbent will be responsible for the knowledge of assigned Kimberly-Clark Personal Care products and categories (Baby Care, Adult Care, Feminine Care). Conduct joint business planning with customer buyers, category managers and other key customer contacts to drive volume and profitable growth for K-C categories. Implement K-C brand strategies and tactics to drive profitable sales. Manage customer relationships, business planning and execution, category management, and trade management leveraging cross-functional resources and data sources.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Demonstrate and strategically apply consumer industry and cross-category knowledge and expertise. Arrange meetings with customer executives and engage appropriate K-C leaders to develop strong customer relationships and drive strategic partnership. Promptly reconcile and communicate changes and conduct team adjustment to new changes. Adjusting to meet requirements of changing conditions/situations. Maintain effectiveness of varying environments with different tasks, responsibilities and people. Make timely decisions in alignment with business objectives. Set priorities and proactively identify issues, underlying problems and potential solutions to develop plan of action. Evaluate cause and effect relationships.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of progressive exempt status experience in business, customer management, and sales/customer development. Proficient in customer, category and trade management.
Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand experience, and shelf reset experience. Experience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry. Strong record of exceeding sales objectives. Track record of developing and executing unique solutions and innovation to customers.
