We are looking for a dynamic solution sales professional to lead all aspects of engagement with Boeing Defense for select platforms in our Defense OEM organization. In this role, you will establish relationships and understand customer needs in order to expand Honeywell platform content, business scope and profitability for assigned programs including current and future Attack Helicopters and Derivative Military fixed wing aircraft. You will identify opportunities, nurture and craft Requests for Proposals, develop winning proposals, and negotiate long term contracts to achieve growth objectives. You will develop annual operating plans and strategic operating plans for your customer in conjunction with Product Managers and Business Leaders. You will lead production forecasting, order management, support and accounts receivable. Your responsibilities include securing, development engineering programs, OEM and Spares Sales, Repair and Overhaul and expanding aftermarket support programs. You will increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization

You must have

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of experience in engineering, customer support and sales within the Aerospace industry
