Description

Sr. Account Executive

We are a leading provider of employee engagement software that is designed for everyone in the organization.

What will you be doing?

  • Build ongoing relationships with global Fortune 500 level clients and executives while creating a thorough, tailored sales strategy
  • Create, qualify and close sales opportunities based on our sales methodology & metrics, to include customer fit and success criteria
  • Build account plans and strategies for each target account, both installed and new accounts
  • Effectively leverage internal resources (Senior Executives, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Marketing etc.) in sales efforts
  • Uncover needs and develop relationships with multiple stakeholderswithin the assigned accounts across the Lines of Business, IT, Procurement, Senior Management and C-suite level executives
  • Consistently seek new business opportunities by presenting, recommending and upselling new products, services and partner solutions
  • Arrange, manage and close complex sales cycles
  • Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals & objectives through achieving & exceeding individual sales quota
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools

What skills do we require?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Dedication to continuous follow ups, specifically in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to identify customers, evaluate interest, recognize decision making processes, handle objections and close deals
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with C-suite level executives and understand high level executive decision making
  • Knowledge of global sales complexities and ability to close international deals

Your background:

  • At least 6-10 years of quota-carrying technology-based salesexperience in a new business sales role; 7+ years in SaaSpreferred, HR Space a HUGE plus (B2B)
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • ExperiencewithSalesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive and web based presentation technology
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CIO, CEO, CHRO and CFO levels
  • Fluency in and outside of HRwith proven ability to speak to the business, articulating value to various lines of business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory and account management
  • Previous sales methodology training, CRM experience and strong customer references
  • Bachelor’s degreepreferred
