Job Description: 

We are seeking a Sr. Account Executive who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow revenues in existing and new accounts.

The Sr. AE will utilize a consultative sales approach with our portfolio of software and services. The mission will be to close new projects in new customer accounts.

The Sr. AE must become an expert in a variety of technology and business oriented value propositions, and be able to use a consultative sales approach to align our value propositions with the customer and align our resources to close new business and ensure success of each implementation.

Essential Job Functions

•Developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenues within existing accounts and expand the account base in target markets

•Effectively and accurately managing forecasting and pipeline reporting related to revenue, client acquisition, etc

•Working withmarketing, sales engineers, and professional services teams to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies

•Developing executive level relationships with clients and partners to advance individual opportunities and client relationships

•Pursuing and closing opportunities with new and existing customers

  Education and Experience

•BA/BS degree and familiarity withinternet technologies, web portal initiatives and integration platforms is required

•6-10 years of experiencesellingInfrastructure software, Integration, BPM, or other related enterprise solutions

•The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the Software Industry, have proven experience developing C-Level relationships, and be a hands-on "player"

•Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding a $1.7M – $2M quota and have achieved Club recognition

•An action and results-oriented approach which balance a "take charge" attitude with teamwork and collaboration. An ability to work withprospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid closing skills.

•Excellent verbal, presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills
