Maintains and enhances the firm's relationships with existing clients by executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives. Collaborates with the team by providing a high level of sales and service support to Producers to consistently deliver high-quality customer service and ensures service standards including execution, delivery and retention are achieved. The Sr. Account Executive will manage a complex level of accounts and high value client relationships.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
