Qualifications

• Preferred experience in diesel technology or previous dealership work

• Competence in operating electronic diagnostic tools
• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree is desirable
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform tasks outlined in repair orders according to company standards
• Inspect vehicles and document findings accurately
• Communicate diagnoses and necessary repairs to service advisors
• Stay updated on new technology and training as required by manufacturer
• Contribute to the team's collective expertise in diagnostic and repair procedures
