Description: KMOX-AM-Entercom, St. Louis home of St. Louis Cardinals Baseball, St. Louis Blues Hockey and Kansas City Chiefs Football has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Sports Sales Manager.  KMOX offers clients a full complement of sports marketing options including:  radio, digital, mobile, event marketing and hospitality.
Responsibilities include:

  • Create and develop dynamic sports marketing campaign packages for new and existing clients utilizing the huge array of sports assets available
  • Assist General Sales Managers by working with current sales staff, going on sales calls, creating programs/proposals and managing execution of our sports assets
  • Work within our sports partnerships to maximize revenue utilizing the sports assets available
  • Achieve sports sales goals as defined by management
  • Participation and attendance at station's sporting events while entertaining clients


  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sports sales and/or sports sales management
  • You must possess exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You must be self-motivated and obsessed with making goal
  • You must have the ability to multi-task and the ability to generate concept driven business
