The Specialty Urology Sales Representative is responsible for all sales activities in an assigned territory. Achieve maximum sales volume through the promotion of Company Products to physicians, pharmacists, wholesalers, hospitals, clinics, and other approved distribution outlets. The Representative reports to the District Sales Manager. The sales rep must maintain sound professional relationships and enhance the company's image through conduct of a professional manner. The sales rep must demonstrate competent sales ability, communication ability, and accurate field reporting. Must be highly motivated, adaptable to changing environments and a self starter.
?Bachelor's Degree is required? Minimum two years B2B or non-pod, sole contributor bioppharma sales successs. ? MUST present documentation of a track record of top 25% sales performance including YOY rankings, annual appraisals, W2s, etc. ? Must live in the geographical boundaries of the territory ? Must have a celan driving record Excellent communication and written skills ? Excellent problem solving skills ? Above average analytical skills ? Travel when necessary to perform duties of the job
