This position effectively promotes and sells Meijer Specialty Pharmacy services by developing plans and strategies to guide Area Business Managers in actively selling to new physician office accounts and by maintaining current accounts so that sales and profitability goals are consistently achieved.
What You'll be Doing:
- Hire and develop Area Business Managers
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting for region
- Manage regional budget
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team.
- Develop plans and strategies for region to generate new referrals and revenue to meet or exceed company's sales expectations in all applicable areas
- Guide and monitor regional sales team.
- Maintain and grow referrals with existing physician accounts by providing excellent customer service by collaborating with internal and external customers.
