Specialized Loan Servicing Manager

The Specialized Servicing Manager will manage two teams within the Lending and Trade Services, Loan Servicing department. This role will manage the post-booking activities to service our specialized commercial loans and customer and client support teams; determine the business unit's structure, manage the annual budget and allocation of resources; resource development and oversight and development of departmental policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of the operations for the following activities:
  • Non-accrual charges off servicing for commercial loans
  • Syndication loan servicing
  • Small Business Administration (SBA) loan servicing
  • Lease servicing
  • Escrow commercial loan servicing
  • Customer & Client inquiries and internal department support services
  • Lending and credit user access and audits to systems
  • Exception report review and resolution
  • Manage the daily production processes through the use of key performance measurements/metrics and service level agreements.
  • Identify, recommend and lead process improvement and change management activities.
  • Lead small to medium projects within the units.
  • Identify, plan and implement initiatives to improve services.
  • Continually evaluate effectiveness of operational controls; develop appropriate mitigation plans for risks.
  • Provide direct, independent and overall management for the human resource aspects of the unit, including:
  • Selection and hiring of talent, motivating and retaining high performing talent, performance management, staff development and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 8 years of related job experience in operations or financial services industry
  • 5 years of experience managing a team
  • 3 years of experience in an accounting/finance role

8am-5pm Monday - Friday
