Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Partner with TA Leadership and HR Analytics on recruitment metrics, dashboards and reporting to drive recruiting decisions and practices
  • Ensure high integrity and accuracy of recruiting data through audits and governance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to successfully educate and train team members on all system functionality and processes and provide support to new TA team members.
  • Identify recruiting best practices and continuous improvement activities to help streamline and standardize our process
  • Assist in TA projects aimed at improving performance, experience and efficiency, including new processes, integrations and/or implementations of new functionality  


  • BS degree with 4 years related experience or equivalent

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • 4 years of analyst experience, working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems
  • 4 years of experienceworking with candidate data and familiarity with candidate management workflows, requisition data and other back-end data structures
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills displayed by asking the right questions, analyzing data and drawing conclusions or making recommendations
  • Ability to work in complex, matrix environment across multiple functions
  • Ability to comprehend HR related systems architecture, work and data flows across key applications
  • Demonstrated strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to create presentations for senior level executives
  • Knowledge of diversity recruiting strategies
