Job Description:

The Role:

Our team produces membranes for filtration and purification applications in the ultra-high purity semiconductor industry. Our customersutilizeour products to enable their processestocreate the next generations ofmicrochip,logicand memory devices.The Maintenance Planner willbe responsible forensuringthemaintenancetechnicianshaveallthe tools and partsrequiredtoeffectivelycomplete work ordersand break fixes in the facility. The Maintenance plannerwill also be expected toscheduleall maintenance tasksefficiently and in coordination with production schedules tooptimizeequipmentavailabilityand equipment reliability.

In this role you will:

  • Enter changes toCMMS(computer maintenance management systems)preventive maintenance frequency and procedures based on feedback from data collected and from engineering,productionand maintenance teams.

  • Create and update work instructions for maintenance activities

  • Review closed work ordersforcompleteness andaccuracy.

  • Reportweeklymaintenanceperformancemetrics, MTBF, MTTR,Reliability %,etc.

  • Work closely with Maintenance and production teams to schedule, plan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance work ordersCoordinatewith outside contractorsto ensuretimelycompletion of maintenancework orders.

  • ProcessPreventive Maintenanceextensionswherenecessary and ensure they are complianttoour quality management system.

  • Work withPartsManager to ensure parts are availablefor preventative and correctivemaintenancework ordersandto replenishspare partsinventory.

  • Work closely withIndirectprocurement team on supplier related challenges.

  • Participate in Job Safety Task Analysis to ensure all jobs are done effectively and safely.

  • Minimally 5 years of experience inamaintenance role in a manufacturing environment,planning experience preferred.

  • Experience in the use of a CMMSisrequired,SAP platformisrequired.

  • Demonstrated understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.

  • Proficient incomputer skillsandMicrosoftrequired.

  • High focus and emphasis ondetail,safety,and quality.

  • Must be able to manage and balance multiple priorities with varying deadlines and ensure effective progression to completion.

  • Excellent team player whodemonstratesleadership abilities.
