Lead system problem-solving efforts alongside with Domino’s development and/or support teams. Design and implement dashboards for insights into application and system operational health. Proactively identify and resolve system issues impactful to business operations. Lead or participate in the triage and resolution of critical, high visibility system impacts. Ensure application and system configuration compliance for Domino’s systems. Participate in the operational grooming of production store software pilots. Coordinate and execute production software deployments for Domino’s Point of Sale systems. Deliver store technology operational insights to other Domino’s IT groups. Analyze systems and procedures to identify value add improvement opportunities. Teach Support teams proper support procedures and techniques. Document support standards and procedures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, positions in IT operations and/or application support, or other related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, positions in IT operations and/or application support, or other related occupation. Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following: post development life cycle of software in Windows and .NET; Windows platform and/or .NET application support; .NET application performance analysis; and Splunk implementation and dashboarding or Certified Splunk Power User.
