Sourcing

* Ensure timely, quality and cost competitive supply for unit

* Understand unit business requirements and ensure timely inclusion to category plans

* Manage unit stakeholders and their expectations

* Drive local and support regional/global supply market analysis

* Identify local and cross-unit sourcing opportunities and risks

* Implement and support sourcing category plans in units

* Collaborate with category management and enabling functions as required

* Represent sourcing with the unit and towards other units

* Develop and execute unit sourcing plans in alignment with category sourcing plans

* Lead local supplier negotiations

* Ensure suppliers are available for selection by PO management/MM teams and other relevant

stakeholders

* Act as the contract owner for nominated contracts according to supplier segmentation principle

* Manage chronic and escalated local supplier issues; escalate further to Category

Managers/Head of Direct Material/Head of Non-Product Related/Regional Sourcing Director as

needed

* Support, follow-up and manage supplier risk assessment from unit point of view

* Manage the development of unit savings and KPIs and support measurement where needed.

Promote savings opportunities to unit management.

* Ensure execution of KONE Sourcing strategy and targets in unit

* Ensure compliance and adherence to KONE sourcing (KSO) policies and procedures

* Manage sourcing budget within the unit

* Define Supplier development and roadmap planning together with Category managers

Leadership / People management

* Lead, coach, involve and develop unit sourcing team members and operational purchasing team, ensure proper level of training, act to mitigate identified gaps on competences

* Communicate company and sourcing development and strategy to local team

* Maintain successor and substitute plan in unit sourcing team

* Ensure KONE WAY alignment of unit roles, organizational setup and staffing General

* Support definition and ensure compliance to KONE policies, processes, procedures and tools especially in the field of Sourcing

* Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards

* Fluent level of English is a must

* Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain or other relevant area
