Manages a team of procurement professionals in the acquisition of both direct and indirect materials necessary for the effective and optimum operation of the business. Leads the negotiation of pricing, lead times, and appropriate order quantities for these materials including major and minor capital equipment purchases. Establishes performance metrics for the team and directs team members in the allocation of resources to assist the manufacturing sites, PLBT's, corporate sourcing, finance, and other teams relative to direct and indirect material needs and services.
