Fujitsu Network Communication (FNC) is seeking to hire a Services Solutions Sales Manager to enable and drive Services Solutions Sales with new and existing Telecommunications, Cable and Vertical customers. 

The position will be required to manage both strategic and tactical execution of services solutions programs and drive internal integration.

We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented, self-starter with proven success in Services solutions selling, account management and services solutions growth. 

Candidates must be “team players” with strong communications skills who can work cross-functionally with FNC to develop ideas, share best practices and execute business plans. 

The successful candidate should possess the ability to foster Executive-level customer and partner relationships, articulate FNCs Services business value and effectively execute a detailed account plan.


  • Integrate FNC visions and strategies to our customers to drive profitable Services growth
  • Develop scalable and sustainable business practices that clearly demonstrate the incremental value for customers to do Services business with FNC
  • Create and execute comprehensive strategic Services solutions development and marketing plans
  • Develop sales campaigns, sales collaterals and tools to effectively position and sell FNC Services solutions within the marketplace
  • Establish regular communications and coordination with the individual Services business units to collaborate on new services solutions development and on-going business



Desired Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of sales models and value propositions within the Services Telecommunications, Cable and Vertical markets
  • Track record of working effectively with cross functions teams including Sales and Services lines of business teams
  • Excellent intrapersonal , written and verbal communication, teamwork, presentation and project management skills
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Demonstrate strong influence skills
  • Understand the competitive Services environment
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership approach for assigned services and area of responsibility and develop plans and programs to achieve Services goals
  • Required – Microsoft office (Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Plus – and SAP
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA desired

  • Strong selling skills in Services Solution selling with high level sales success track record as evidence
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is organized with strong time management skills
  • Solid strategic thinking and high levels of initiative: able to generate creative and flexible solutions account plans
