Solutions Product Manager (PM)

This role would be responsible for understanding the specific requirements for successful transactions, the full stream Acquiring, Issuing, and Network landscape, competitive landscape, customer needs in order to fully own solution delivery. With a specific focus on enabling and optimizing some of our most important partnerships, customers, and transaction types, the role will navigate internally and externally, bringing value to both parties.

The PM will be a thought leader and will able to build a clear, comprehensive roadmap and business plan inclusive of gathering customer requirements, cross-department coordination and go-to-market strategy. The PM will execute with excellence, working collaboratively across departments to effectively build infrastructure, connectivity, and develop the broader go-to-market for the Utility Banking Solutions, as well as create demand and develop the industry-leading documentation. The individual chosen for this role will be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude and desire to work closely with others across the organization. He or she will be a passionate problem solver inclined toward action with a thirst to learn and a desire to create team wins over individual victories. The PM will be an insightful thought leader with a "roll up the sleeves" attitude ready, willing and able to personally execute each detail on the solution plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Become proficient in all aspects of the Utility Banking solutions platform and eco-system
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the broader payment and networks industries
  • Develop a solution roadmap pertaining to current functionality and future development requirements for the Utility Banking solution, working in conjunction with the IT and Operations teams. Align on success criteria and provide regular reporting on plan success, upcoming activity and required shifts in strategy
  • Work with relationship teams to grow pipeline and target customer lists
  • Provides direct support product teams as needed to develop content and strategies in support of key goals, key client engagements, data analysis and reporting
  • Provide clear insights to clients with presence and authority; be alert to clients' needs and trends that can enhance NCR Atleos' value proposition
  • Analyzes market opportunity and competitive landscape to create product positioning
  • Own and create the value proposition for the Solutions solution including key differentiation, value vs. competing offerings and place within the full solution suite
  • Perform monthly reporting and KPI tracking for the Solutions
  • Work with our Marketing team to develop product selling sheets, collateral and presentation templates
  • Develop and manage budget for areas of responsibility as assigned under manager's supervision
  • May assist in coordination and fulfillment of various administrative support projects including invoice review, vendor orders and management, budget tracking, inventory, etc.
  • Other duties may be assigned


EDUCATIONAL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Project Management, Marketing, Business Development or Analytics
  • Excellent, proven verbal and written communication skills, design skills and strong presentation skills to a variety of audiences
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in the Financial Institution services, payment or ATM industry is a plus
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
  • Proven record in successful delivery of process improvement initiatives, including development of process artifacts, training of stakeholders and oversight of adherence.
