We have an exciting position for a Solutions Manager to join our server team. Solutions Manager will be responsible for achieving company objectives by working closely with various teams within the organization. The Solutions Manager will operate from a high level, broad-scale collaborative to create leveraged outcome based successes with vested customers. The Solution Manager will serve as the field subject matter expert on Supermicro products and how products can positively impact our organizations revenue and customer retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Dutis and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for solutions and products revenue and customer retention
  • Possess a “big picture” mind set in collaboration with the ability to always think beyond a single project or business domain
  • Organizing additional technical resources within the organization to address client needs when necessary
  • Define and provide creative solutions and overcoming constraints to meet customer requirements of the demanding market
  • Perform duties with a consultative based mindset
  • To understand and resolve challenges by collaborating withinternal business partner and technical members
  • Act as escalation point for Solutions Product Management team
  • Overseeing deliverables and documentation as required, supporting Supermicro Solutions and Products organization
  • Provide solutions and products overview training to internal organizations, partners, external resellers , and end customers
  • Design, build, preconfigured and integrated solutions
  • Travel is required


  • BSEE with 10-12 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills
  • Demonstrates understanding of how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations and impacts to schedules
  • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
  • Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of PC Market trends and Supermicro customer needs
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel to meet customers
