Your Opportunity

Moxie Software's Professional Services organization is looking for a savvy business focused Solutions consultant. This role manages project schedules, budgets, and risks as well as reviews customer requirements and use cases to provide guidance on use of Moxie products. This role will provide training and help configure the software as part of the deployment of new and existing customers.


Your Contribution

  • Schedule projects and coordinate resources
  • Manage projects with project management and time tracking tools
  • Forecast Professional Services revenue
  • Create and manage project plans
  • Identify risks and put together mitigation plans
  • Review backlog report and clearing old projects
  • Apply a broad and deep understanding of customers, internal groups' processes and drivers, and company decision-making processes
  • Conduct status checks with stakeholders and project teams on active projects
  • Assist sales and legal with creating SOWs for new projects and for amending existing projects as needed
  • Create solution design based on the business requirements
  • Configure the Moxie software as per the agreed-upon solution design
  • Provide training to the customers on the Moxie software
  • Assist in issue resolution for active projects. Working with other team members, gather details of reported issues, recreate the issues, and provide the support team with information to allow for troubleshooting
  • Work with offsite custom code team when appropriate to ensure that custom code is delivered according to specifications and timelines
  • Understand functionality for all key Moxie products
  • Understand how to configure all key Moxie products
  • Review and understand new Moxie releases
  • Follow proper project methodologies
  • Interface with resources in the US, UK, Canada, and India
  • Plan, strategize, and influence priorities and decisions to improve workforce and billableutilization for both individual projects


  • Strong people skills, including the ability to interact with clients, exhibit diplomacy, and give and receive constructive feedback effectively
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including experience with presentation and communication at all levels
  • Ability to build trust, provide leadership to project team, foster a collaborative team environment, and negotiate with involved parties
  • Must have a proven track record of navigating complex customer relationships and complex, highly fluid projects
  • 5 + years of Project Management and software implementation experience for enterprise software
  • Experience in a services organization that delivers cloud services, where you gained expertise with full systems life cycle and global deployment approaches
  • Experience in all basic implementation phases of enterprise software, and understanding of full systems life cycle
  • Ability to translate customer business requirements into functional requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, as required
  • Experience with e-commerce, customer service space or multi-channel customer engagement software is a plus
  • Software training experience is a plus but not required
  • PMI certification is a plus

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science (or similar), or equivalent experience
