The MatrixCare Solutions Consultant is responsible for building the quality of MatrixCare product demos by the relevant Sales Team and others in the organization. The job entails maintaining the demo environment, delivering quality demos, training the Sales Team and maintaining the use of other selling materials and resources.

As our Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Increase achievement of relevant Sales Team quota and objectives
  • Conduct product demos, presentations videos on all MC products
  • Maintain the demo environment for relevant products
  • Improve demo environment with relevant examples and refresh as needed
  • Develop a MatrixCare demo script to follow in various situations
  • Work with Marketing to enhance selling materials, webinars, recorded demos, major meetings/trade shows and demo strategy
  • Develop presentation materials
  • Train sales team on product features and how to demo them
  • Maintain competitive product knowledge to assist sales team with head-to-head selling
  • Work with Product Management to provide market feedback
  • Assist with demo certification of sales team members
  • Maintain industry knowledge, incorporating into product demos
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to develop industry expertise and to build a network
  • Ability to travel as required (~ 50% travel)
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as may be assigned

Skills and Experience needed for the Solutions Consultant position:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
  • 4+ years experience as a Sales Representative or Software Sales Consultant or Sales Engineer
  • Experience in or strong knowledge of the Long Term Care Industry and Market
  • Strong sales skills, with exceptional relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including Microsoft Office Product Suite
  • Prominent organization and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly energetic and self-starter
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
