Job Description:

A technical professional supporting sales efforts for electronic discovery solutions including Forensics/Data collection, Managed Review, Processing and Hosting services. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, operational management experience, and the ability to be a team player are essential. A background in client facing positions is a plus.

Job Duties:


Provide sale support and present solution offerings for Epiq eDiscovery prospective clients

Solicit client business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provides business value

Contribute to achieving area revenue targets by responding to RFI/RFPs, client demo's, assisting in proposal preparation and pricing

Coordinate project communication with teams including sales, service delivery and clients to insure successful project start-up and that client's requirements are fulfilled

Conduct internal sales training on Epiq solution offerings

Spearhead local marketing ESI initiatives that contribute to Epiq branding and generation of qualified leads.

Credentials:


College degree or equivalent is required

In-depth knowledge of litigation software applications including Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace, NexLP and similar toolsets

Minimum of 7 years of industry specific experience
