Our client is looking for a results oriented, aggressive and passionate sales individual to develop greater market share and to help drive the company to become a market leader.

This individual will have a major impact on the organization and having demonstrated their sales leadership, will have significant opportunities to advance professionally.

Both your compensation package and your career possibilities are uncapped. You will be free to determine your own destiny with the backing of a well-developed customer service organization that ensures that you will be delivering a quality experience to the customer.   

Your success will depend on your ability to: 

-Listen to and understand customer needs to understand their process and challenges

-Be able to communicate ROI benefits

-Understand how to work multiple channels – both direct and resellers and mitigating conflict

-Be a hunter - go after new accounts directly and aggressively

-Be able to travel50% of the time

The ideal candidate will have had demonstrable success in having been able to build a track record of strong customer relationships based upon trust and performance. They will have shown discipline in focus, consistency in follow up and creativity in removing barriers.

As this person is passionate about their success and the markets in which they participate, they will have had a history of keeping abreast of the latest product and technology trends and will work to ensure that the company maintains differentiation in the market as well as a compelling productportfolio. 

The successful candidate will have the following background and characteristics: 

-Demonstrated ability to understand selling solutions as part of a larger project or independently

-Skilled in listening to how the customer’s current process works

-Ability to communicate how the proposed solution improves the process, reduces cost and increases efficiencies

-Creative in determining value enhancing customizations to meet customer objectives

-Experienced in selling software solutions with the associated enabling hardware

-Historical success in two to three of the six verticals mentioned above

-Maintains current relationships built on trust within the vertical that will provide opportunities for early success in building both pipeline and sales 

Must have Skills and Experience for Resume Consideration: 

-College educated plus 3-5years of direct experienceselling solutions within multi-channel B2B environments

-Experienced with CRM and analytics tools 

-Has sold software based solutions

-Understands bar code technology and withRFID capabilities and uses

-Is technically competent 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Meets agreed upon quarterly sales and earnings targets

-Provides input into development and marketing to ensure the product offering is compelling to facilitate profitable sales growth -Builds appropriate channels to maximize coverage and end user relationships

-Assists in the guidance of sales, engineering and operational resources to maximize return on effort

-Develops metrics for themselves to show progress on critical activities and company goals

-Prioritizes activities to achieve progress toward meeting metrics

-Ensures integrity of sales and cost data

-Utilizes fact based analyses with strong supporttempered by good intuition

-Communicates progress openly and regularly to all personnel both individually and collectively

-Understand how to assemble a compelling case including ROI metrics
