Cerner is growing and adding to our Interoperability organization, looking for a Solution Operations Manager! As a Solution Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to promote client satisfaction through achievement of maximum value, adoption and efficiency from Cerner solutions. Additional responsibilities include, managing relationships with key stakeholders across the client base for assigned solutions or venues; consulting with clients in navigating Cerner, advocate for their needs, and channel feedback appropriately; identifying and tracking client value statements and return on investment; identifying reference clients and managing coordination of reference activity for solution area; executing strategies to increase client solution adoption and alignment to best practices; delivering client-facing communication, including email, newsletters, client council calls, workshops, and industry events; and measuring and report on client key performance indicators (KPIs) for the solution or venue.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Care, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience

  • At least 3 years' experience in Health Care Information Technology (HCIT) project management, client management, or solution design work experience
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 60% as needed

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
