We are hiring a Solution Engineer:

The Solution Engineer is responsible for coordination and execution of project activities during Professional Services engagements, ensuring project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of customers into a post-implementation Customer Service program. This role will provide the technical design and direction for client server architecture and in addition, provide support for issue resolution.

Key Activities:

  • Provide technical system design and over site for client server architecture of hosting systems for WellSky applications
  • Provide technical support for large scale projects that meet the needs of the customer for reliability, scalability and performance.
  • Work with clients to implement technical solution projects of infrastructure for core WellSky applications
  • Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of system software, applications and hardware including third party peripherals that affect the functionality and performance of WellSky products
  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by adherence to all deliverable dates in project plan
  • Create documentation to aid in training on products and technologies
  • Build and maintain long term professional relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide accurate and consistent documentation of time expended and progress achieved against assigned activities in the division's standardized Professional Services Automation platform and other systems as required
  • May provide support to customers after hours and on weekends

Job Requirements:

  • Technical Bachelor's Degree or at least 3 years of technical experience
  • 0-3 years of work experience with Microsoft Servers, SQL and application support
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Experience implementing and supporting software application packages
  • Able to travel up to 25%
  • Able to take direction and meet complex business tasks or requirements as well as show incentive to be self-taught
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Preferred Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of HL7 standards
  • Prior experience with WellSky product lines
