Position Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with large enterprise prospects/clients to understand and document their major business challenges
  • Credibly describe & demonstrate solutions such that prospects see their top-of-mind problems being resolved
  • Provide technical overview of product architecture, functionality, data requirements and integration with other enterprise applications
  • Deliver product and technical related responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Support 1-2 Account Executives through direct client interaction, evoking confidence in our products and platform and removing all technical objections throughout the sales cycle
  • Build Technical Value Impact Roadmaps for customers, which leverage investment, approach, and potential system advantages that help answer the "Why Now?" question for a customer
  • Act as principal sales liaison to global services, decision engineering, product engineering, and marketing departments in communicating customer requirements and information
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across our platform of products

Position Qualifications:

  • 3+ years previous experience as a Solution Consultant with proven track record in software, SaaS or similar industries
  • Previous experience leading pre-sales engagement process with prospects and the ability to contribute to accelerated sales cycle
  • Experience with SaaS & CRM solutions, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft, SAP or Infor
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, & interpersonal communication skills
  • Sales Skills proficiency in Griffin Hill/Miller-Heiman or equivalent is preferred
