In this exciting client facing role, you will participate on a team assigned to generating new business for DST’s Business Process Management (BPM) product, Automated Work Distributor (AWD).
This role requires a thought leader capable of creating highly engaging demos and sound Proof of Concepts (POCs), in addition to delivering compelling presentations that solve business problems by highlighting DST’s product solutions to our prospects and existing clients.
Collaboration with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups is essential to a successful execution of the overall sales strategy.
The individual will travel with the sales executives and is estimated to be approximately 30% of the time. Travel will include the United States and Canada. The role can be based at any of our locations and/or from a home office in any state.
Individual must be able to face off with C-Suite, Business Operations and IT and architecture executives.
Configures product demonstrations to show how the product can deliver solutions that resolve client pain points and highlight opportunities to gain operational efficiencies.
Responsible for the business and technical success of prospective and existing client demonstrations.
Generates responses to RFP/RFIs, develops sales collateral, and prepares proposals.
Provides input to the product team to enhance our solution set.
Focuses on combining written documentation and technical solution development.
Maintain cloud library environments for demonstrations
Plan sales campaigns in conjunction with account executives
Field subject matter questions for both operations and IT
Partner with Account Executives and be able to convey DST’s ability to solve business problems with our software solutions.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a client facing role.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Strong customer service orientation for both internal and external customers.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills.
Must possess strong knowledge of DST products, services, and service practices to provide superior customer service.
Proven ability to successfully interact with various levels of client personnel, including middle to upper management.
