About the Opportunity

As a PEGA Solution Architect Consultant you will work independently and collaboratively with team members to design, develop, test and document features. You will contribute to business and strategy discussions. You will provide solutions to complex business problems and will be involved in setting strategic direction to establish goals. This candidate will provide business leadership around DMI’s digital transformation efforts.

The position will require an experienced individual to research and trial Pega for a large DMI client. You will assist in planning and estimating technical delivery of the Pega engagement. You will also be responsible for interviewing, training and providing guidance to future Pega consultants.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • LSA Certification with Pega 7 Platform
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience with Pega software and experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment or Java centric enterprise application systems
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently, but also successfully work on a team
  • Comfortable working within an ambiguous environment, patiently working to define processes and planning schedule and/or backlog gradually over time
  • Professional persistence – ability to track action items to closure with appropriate levels of follow-up
  • Risk Management experience – establishing probability and impact of risks, creating and executing upon mitigation and contingency plans
  • Detail oriented and sound independent judgment
