Provide expert knowledge and understanding of software systems engineering processes
Provide software systems engineering expertise to government customers in support of acquisition of major automated information systems
Provide support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings in support of acquisition of major automated information systems
Validate that the required system (GCSS-MC/LCM) interfaces interoperate with necessary systems, services, hardware, software, and data.
Update documentation for all internal and external interface changes
Draft and assist the government in developing and maintaining internal and external agreements (to include interface control documents and system interface agreements) between external stakeholder agencies and other systems
Demonstrated experience related to information systems acquisition and lifecycle management
Demonstrated experience with research, planning, and strategizing in support of whole lifecycle software developments
Demonstrated ability to identify gaps and dependencies and provide mitigation of them in order to support development schedule(s)
Demonstrated experience in supporting project or program status and schedules
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in Department of Defense (DoD) policy and lifecycle management of military automated information systems acquisition programs
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a large and diverse team
Minimum of 6 years of experience related to analysis and planning for systems integration, refresh/upgrade planning, interoperability, and interfaces in a DoD environment
Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis
BS or BA degree in software engineering, or relevant technical discipline, from an accredited college or university
AS or AA degree and an additional 5 years of experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree
