Responsibilities will vary based on experience but may include:

  • Participate in the installation and testing of software and hardware
  • Provide support to all personnel for all company computer software
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems
  • Manage projects involving multiple departments


  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a DMS system professional with direct knowledge working with or supporting CDK Global software
  • Automotive background a plus
  • Must have a vehicle and available for traveling
  • Must be able to work occasional weekends and nights and on call as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-through skills
