Description

Main responsibilities and key activities

 

• Responsible for the daily end-user support, including:

•High quality 1st line support on Esko applications, using a ticketing system

•Direct communication with end users via phone, mail, IM or remote tools

•Troubleshooting of system and application problems

•Installation and configuration of software applications

•Communicate, co-operate and follow-up with R&D team

• Assist and advise users in finding the best suitable solution for their needs. Such as best working practices, new ways of using application …

• Create and maintain documentation regarding IT procedures, frequently asked questions, knowledge base content, systems setup and systems maintenance.




Qualifications

Qualifications

 

• Hands on Experience and in depth understanding of :

•Windows7 & 10; Microsoft Server, Windows Installs

AND

•At least one of

? Esko Automation Engine or WebCenter workflow design, Smartnames

? Integration of PrePress workflow with MIS systems

? Design of PrePress workflow in Prinergy, InSite, Apogee, XMF …

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent organization and follow-up skills

• You are proactive and a self-starter

• You have strong analytical skills and are a quick learner and expert troubleshooter

• Ability to operate in a virtual team

• Able to perform extended hrs. support (1 week/month, 6-9pm eastern Time)
