What you’ll be doing


  • Work directly with internal users to assess impact, recommend and help resolve problems within the software platform
  • Work directly with internal users to train on functionality related to issue/bug requests
  • Create technical work-around solutions related to issues submitted by internal users
  • Create, own, and maintain issue and bug backlog related to the software platform
  • Investigate and trace bugs within the platform code to identify and fix issues
  • Work closely with Scrum Teams to implement complex fixes related to software platform
  • Create reports related to issue and bug requests and identify trends
  • Collaborate w/Product Owners on identifying trends related to issues and bugs within the software platform


What you will need to be successful


  • Associates degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years hands-on experience writing SQL queries and Stored Procedures
  • 1+ years hands-on experience developing in .NET and C#
  • Proven ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with platform users and developers
  • Proven ability to manage time and varying priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to context switch while still delivering on commitments
  • Passion for helping people solve problems
