Title: Software Specialist/Implementation Manager
Location: St Louis, MO
Duration: Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with operations and accounting staff to understand processes and recommend software enhancements or applications that create efficiencies
- Customize and administer multiple software applications, including but not limited to our ERP (Vista by Viewpoint) and integrated applications
- Create and conduct user trainings (classroom, one on one, webinar, and recorded), providing supplemental training guides
- Test programs prior to deployment, correct bugs, and track software defects and resolutions
Qualifications:
Technical or Specialized Skills Required
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service
- Working knowledge of MS SQL
Education Required
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
