Software Solution Sales - Digital Communications

Our client is a world leader that provides communication solutions and network services. They are seeking to hire an Account Executive to promote growth within existing accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and/or cross-sell. The position will involve maintaining current knowledge of available products/solutions within the organization as well as competitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales quotas, retention rates
  • Identify new business opportunities within current client base; upsell
  • Manage sales cycle; new business sales and cross-sell
  • Keep well-informed of available products/solutions, their competitors and make recommendations to existing clients
  • Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products
  • Build and maintain client relationships; becoming the trusted advisor, ensuring retention and increased business
  • Collaborate with other sales professionals and SME's to assist with closing deals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min. 3+ years of B2B Sales experience with selling complex software solutions / services
  • Agency Partner and/or Channel Sales experience within digital
  • Previous experience selling Digital Communications solutions required
  • Experience closing Mid-Market to Enterprise clients
  • Relationship Management experiencerequired
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
  • Ability to travel as needed within territory

Offering:

  • Base Salary + Year 1 @ plan $120,000 - $150,000
  • Uncapped Commissions
