We're looking for a player-coach. Someone who can not only develop, nurture and grow an existing sales team, but also comfortable as an individual contributor, selling directly to clients as well as growing key partner relationships.
We're looking for an experienced, highly motivated sales leader who:
- Extensive Experience (10+ years preferred) selling Software Solutions / Consultation. Preferably with BPO or office automation experience.
- Successfully exceeds personal and team quotas
- Track record of hiring, developing, mentoring and growing successful sales teams
- Proven experience to quickly engage channel and direct sales customers
- Strong network with CxO decision makers @ regional enterprise firms.
