Software Sales Manager Inside
The client is a leader in the Business Intelligence and Analytics space. They are in Gartner's Magic quadrant as leader in Data Integration and rated in G2 Award as 2017's Best Enterprise Software Company. They are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead their team of 10 Inside Sales, North America. The candidate must be located near the city listed and must commute daily to their offices.
Hire, manage, and mentor Area Sales Development Representatives. Call mix is 60% outbound, 40% inbound.
Liaise with the Area Marketing Manager, Regional Managers and Account Executives to manage marketing efforts and translate field needs into actionable campaigns that build pipeline and grow revenue
Ensure all lead generation metrics are followed and best practices in place for repeatable success
Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Communications and Channels to drive marketing initiatives and programs
Leverage customer relationships in various marketing campaigns such as events, press releases, success stories, webinars and trade shows
Effectively communicate lead generation plans to regional sales force
Design and deliver the East Area sales development plan with budgets, goals and targeted ROI based on the corporate sales strategy.
Develop lead generation campaigns in alignment with go-to-market strategies of the Eastern Area sales region with measurable KPIs for the purpose of generating/maintaining a rolling 2-4 month pipeline
Revise marketing plans and campaigns as required to respond to changing market conditions or pipeline gap
Support Area Vice-President for as-needed territory and sales research/analysis projects
Experience Required: Can be from ANY Enterprise Software or Services Co.
2-5 years leading or managing a lead generation team with 1-3 years at an enterprise software company
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred
Take direction, input and feedback from multiple sources and be able to prioritize and translate into actions
Exceptional understanding of all lead generation disciplines and response techniques to also include product messaging, creative development, segmentation, direct mail, seminars, webcasts, events and social media
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Work effective independently as well as collaboratively part of a team.
