Opening Details

Client is a large provider of Regulatory Intelligence to Financial Industry Globally. Partners with all of the "platform" companies who provide software and our client provides the daily data streams. Analogy would be what Bloomberg or Thomson financial does with up to the millisecond financial data and trades to brokers. Our client does the same with ever changing Regulated Financial data.

Customers are going to be chief compliance officers at big financials and companies where financial compliance (or lack of it) can get them sued or put out of business. Our client is a major player in this area. 100% name recognition.

This is a collaborative sale where rep is working with the software platform partners. Those include Archer, IBM, Refinitive, Bwise and other GRC software platforms. The client provides the data piece.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect to C-Level Corporate Compliance Executives, presenting Compliance Learning Solutions to Compliance Officers, HR and Legal departments
  • Manage new business generation in assigned territory
  • Respond to Prospect RFIs and RFPs
  • Discuss the use of products, emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts within the sales division.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com, Hoovers, and other tools to develop leads
  • Negotiate sales contracts
