What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Collect feedback from end users on the products and how to improve them, closing any potential operational gaps
  • Define a thoughtful, detailed and executable rollout strategy for new features, releases and products
  • Write business cases, perform return on investments, and prioritize and write user stories
  • Partner with development to break things down and plan them into releases
  • Coordinate development and testing with the development and QA teams
  • Focus on building value and features for our business; develop creative and unusual product offerings by demonstrating knowledge of the key market challenges that already exist in competitor products
  • Facilitate multi-functional communication and decision-making, while also developing key partner relationships in various locations
  • Engage with business partners to learn about the supply chain industry and acquire a deep understanding of their processes

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or Information Technology
  • 5 years of experience gathering business requirements and documenting in an Agile environment; 3 years of experience crafting and optimizing business processes
  • Experience cultivating an Agile development process
  • Confirmed experience driving innovation, influencing partners, and driving a product roadmap

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
  • Supply chain experience
  • Programming experience
