Kforce has a client in search of a Software Product Manager in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ). Summary: The Software Product Manager is a passionate product marketing professional with a proven ability to provide a guiding vision for assigned software platforms, products and apps and working with cross-functional teams to launch commercially successful products that drive value for our customers. Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, capture and articulation of business requirements into user stories process flows and wireframes that clearly communicate functional requirements to the Software Development team
  • Understand and document desiredprocesses using process-flow diagrams
  • Work with Engineering team to establish and maintain agreements and understanding of product requirements and delivery time frames across all stages of the design, development and deployment
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing as appropriate
  • Drive creation of user documentation and training materials with Development and Marketing team members
  • Maintain roadmaps and feature/enhancement backlog for assigned products
  • Develop Customer BETA Launch framework including aggregating BETA testing feedback and communicating results to cross-functional internal teams


  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years in a Software Product Management or Business Analyst role required
  • Experience working with development teams to drive product requirements through the software development process
  • Cloud Software Application experience in a Product Management or Business analysis capacity
  • Experience with software development methodology preferred (Agile, Lean)
  • Experience with cloud software and app development is desired
  • UI/UX experiencedesired but not required
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Security preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong financial and data analysis skills
