We're looking for a leader to select and build effective partnerships with third party Software vendors and other company business units along with identifying and building new Application software for the company's core vertical markets. Someone who is passionate about leading sales to effectively closing business and participating in larger deals. Someone to lead a team of Software product managers and professional service members.

You will operate as a player-coach, leading by example as you work with and guide your team to implement successful technology solutions that drive sales and create a best-in-class user and customer-experience for partners and end users.

The team is small and nimble with limited hierarchy and lots of ownership. You'll report directly to the Vice President of Marketing. We are seeking a leader who is an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about our mission, who wants to dive in and get their hands dirty.

Candidate Profile:

You're energized by shaping global strategy for software, bringing new solutions to the market, and leading sales to deliver on accurate forecasts. You are passionate about building effective partnerships and driving new applications. You lead with innovation, agility, and intelligent risk taking.

You have at least a baccalaureate degree in Business Management or a Technical Discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.

You have 10+ years of experience leading teams in a matrix environment and Software business models. You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of exceeding targets through effective execution. You have deep commercial experience including leading sales teams and delivering on accurate forecasts. You know how to successfully structure and define a software business supporting enterprise software solutions. You are a future shaper!
