About the team

HubSpot's Infrastructure Security teams own the tools, automation, and guardrails that balance keeping our customers safe and developers productive. This is a big area of focus for HubSpot's product team and is growing rapidly. The team builds infrastructure that secures the platform and powers authentication and authorization inside the platform. We advance standards for secure development, and develop tools and monitoring that make it easy to follow these standards, put the customer first, and 'Use Good Judgement' around security and privacy issues. We monitors threat intelligence to help prioritize solutions that provide the best protection, and conducts Red Team exercises to measure how successfully we can detect and prevent attacks.

We'll be educating other developers on their responsibilities, best practices, and why security and privacy matter to our customers. We'll be ensuring HubSpot can easily identify and protect all personal data. The team
