Delivery Lead, Manager or Director – Nexient, Ann Arbor, Michigan OR Columbus, Ohio

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end successful delivery of software application development projects
• Manage all aspects of the projects including customer expectations, team expectations and delivery-related escalations
• Must be able to multitask and manage multiple project teams
• Responsible for maintaining cost of delivery targets
• Provide guidance and mentorship to various teams and stakeholders to deliver assigned projects / services as per the agreed scope, time, cost, quality to realize expected business value and benefits
• Build key talent and intellectual leadership, motivated and high performing team
• Manage software professionals, coach and develop team members across various levels in the delivery organization
• Responsible for team's capability development (technical training and certification)
• Establish processes and procedures and manage performance, identify / progress on development areas of individuals by using appropriate mechanisms
• Share best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of Nexient’s service delivery
• Software development, testing and support
