Job Summary:

You will manage a team of smart, no-nonsense developers who move quickly and get things done. You will be able to work on all aspects of our platform based on your interests. As an Engineering Manager at you would not have to step away from coding, our Managers are "Player/Coaches". We have opportunities for engineers and Managers who specialize in user-interface, backend, content management, messaging, database systems and web services. Regardless of which components you touch, we'll want you to be involved in design, coding, testing and running the systems.


  • Design and develop custom solutions to integrate our systems into our client's existing infrastructure which includes scheduling applications, CRM tools, and many other applications
  • Work on a tight-knit team of engineers that are extremely motivated and dedicated to delighting our customers. The team makes decisions about strategy and architecture together. We conduct code reviews for all of our work and we hold each-other to a high standard of design, test coverage, and code quality
  • Present and review development options with sales directors, account directors, and clients for backend data integrations and custom website functionality
  • Work closely with product management to understand current and new product features so they may be correctly implemented across our client-base
  • Develop custom web tracking solutions that produce performance metrics so that and our customers have a clear understanding of the value we are delivering to them


  • Our company is language agnostic- a good engineer is a good engineer and can quickly pick up any language that is needed to build a strong product. However, you need to have strong knowledge and back ground with object-oriented programming
  • Excellent coding and design skills. You make software that works, can be tested and maintained
  • BA/BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or a similar field
  • 2-4 years of work experience
  • SQL proficiency, particularly PostgreSQL, is nice
